Considering the closed beta server is limited to 1500 people (last I checked) and the slots filled up quickly, probably. Official quest servers hold 1200 people, and only one of those is ever full on ijji while the cw server is deserted. As for how many are on at a time, probably less right now.

It's definitely a lot harder especially against 24/7 players. I wonder how GunZ woulda turned out if it'd been like this from the start.
